Healing Spring remains open serving our clients as we have been throughout this challenging time. We decided to remain open not only because Governor Pritzker included Acupuncture as an essential business, but also because so many of our clients find acupuncture to be vital in maintaining their health and well being. Please rest assured that we are continually updating our safety procedures as we get new recommendations from the CDC and the American Society of Acupuncturists.

Below is a list of some of the changes that we have implemented in our office to keep all of us safe.

• HEPA/UV air purifier which is anti-microbial. (This was kindly donated by one of our patients.)
• Cleaning all contact areas after each patient.
• All sheets, cloth and paper are changed after each patient.
• Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk.
• Patients are required to wear a mask into the office. We will also be wearing masks.
• To help maintain physical distancing we ask patients to call when they arrive to to make sure the office is ready.
• We ask patients not to bring anyone who needs to wait in the waiting room.
• All patients will be asked to let us take their temperature. Anyone who has a temperature 100 or above will be asked to reschedule. We will also be checking a patient's oxygen level.

When you are planning on coming in for a treatment, please know we are taking every precaution to ensure your safety. We are looking forward to seeing everyone again and would love to hear from you with any questions or additional suggestions.
